The Prince of North Broadway

The “Prince of North Broadway” started with one of my yearly Christmas illustrations, which aimed to remind people of those society has forgotten but Christ has not. It is a call for the church and any sympathetic person to stand up and be there for the people that have no one else to turn to. This illustration is of a specific underpass by N Broadway in downtown Knoxville where a majority of the homeless community live.

The story below was made as part of a 48hr comic challenge, and yes it is on a cardboard box. There are many implications of this story being on a cardboard box. Please know that I made this with respect to the subject it portrays and that I find cardboard beautiful and have used it in many of my other works.
